In response to the changing times the publishing community is facing, Signet Research has designed studies that can assess new media platforms. These studies can provide feedback supplied directly by the reader/user or attendee on degree of interest and satisfaction, rate functionality/usability as well as provide suggestions on future changes. This, in turn, can improve overall performance and eventually profitability.
Integrated Media
The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of integrated advertising campaigns with campaigns in just one medium. The objective is to show that web ads will be more effective if they are also in print, and vice versa. This study can provide ad sales reps with effective sales tools by documenting to advertisers that reaching the total audience will better serve their needs.
Webinar/Virtual Event Satisfaction
Participants rate their level of satisfaction and degree to which their expectations were met. Emphasis can be placed on specific feedback of interest to the sponsor in addition to supplying suggestions for improvement.
Application Evaluation Study
Reports on interest and usability of application under study. Specifically, users are asked to report on frequency and reasons for use, as well rate overall satisfaction. This study is custom-designed to fit the criteria for evaluation.
